What do I wear to class? 

Wear something really comfy that you can stretch in.

Yoga pants or shorts are a great option.

Sports bra is recommended for those challenging poses.

Do I need my own mat and props? 

You’re welcome to bring your own mat, I have lots of extra mats and props at the studio. 

What are the benefits of yoga?

Physically, practicing yoga will stretch the muscles and joints in your body that are often neglected.

Mentally, practicing yoga keeps your mind present. It can help you unwind from busy days.

Emotionally, yoga helps you release pent up emotions you might be holding onto. You will leave class feeling better than when you walked in.
